“Natural Person” to “Artificial Person”
Artificial Person — Strawman
“…The word ‘person’, in its primitive and natural sense, signifies the mask with which actors, who played dramatic pieces in Rome and Greece, covered their heads. …when the name persona was given to the instrument or mask which facilitared the resounding of his [legal] voice.
The name persona was afterwards applied to the part itself which the actor had undertaken to play, because the face of the mask was adopted to the age and character of him who was considered as speaking, and sometimes it was his own portrait. It is in this last sense of personage, or of the part which an individual persona is employed in jurisprudence, in opposition to the word man, homo. When we speak of a person, we only consider the state of of the man, the part he plays in society, abstractly, without considering the individual.”

Gaius says ‘Dejuris divisione’ (the divisions of law) immediately preceding his division of the law; then follows, “De conditione hominum’ (meaning the condition or status of men). ‘In the Institutes ‘De jura personarum’ precedes the expression ‘all our [civil] law relates either to persons or to things, or to actions.’ The words persona and personae did not have the meaning in the Roman which attaches to homo, the individual, or a man in the English; it had peculiar reference to artificial beings, and the condition or status of individuals.”

LEGAL — Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding, the exposition, the administration, the science and the practice of law: Opposed to actual. “legal” looks more to the letter, and “Lawful” to the spirit, of the law. “Legal” is more appropriate for conformity to positive rules of law; “Lawful” for accord with ethical principle…“Legal is the antithesis of “equitable”,…” (2 Abbott’s Law Dict. 24; A Dictionary of Law, William C. Anderson, 1893
If one looks up the synonyms of “antithesis” and “equitable” we find that this last statement actually and literally says; “Legal is the exact opposite of just and fair.“
How Names are Written Depict either Freedom or Slavery
Freedom and Slavery are depicted in how names are written; this can be better understood by the definitions of “Capitus Diminutio” and the definition of different types of titles;
Title Definitions
Allodial Title — is a title in fee simple; it can be called “good” title in that it has both parts of title—both legal and equitable;
Split Title is when legal title and equitable title (possession) are separated:
Legal title is 1/10 (ownership);
Equitable title is 9/10 (possession);
True Men or Living Men have Allodial title (Fee simple or True title) to themselves;
CAPITUS DIMINUTIO MINIMA — “John Adams”, Minimal loss of rights occurs when a man’s family relations alone were changed
CAPITUS DIMINITO MEDIA — “John ADAMS“: Occurs when a man looses his right of citizenship, but not his rights to liberty. Fined and penalized, but not enslaved or imprisoned
CAPITUS DIMINUTIO MAXIMA — “JOHN ADAMS“: Occurs when a man’s condition changes from freedom to bondage. All rights of citizenship, family rights are surrendered. Fined, imprisoned, enslaved for any amount or any duration
To reach this final status is one of the reasons why state citizenship was transferred to federal citizenship — 14th Amendment Citizen. “Additional Information” later in this context.
We learned under “Individual” is defined as a “Person”, we learned that “Legal Name” was defined as first, middle and last name. So then, what shall a True Man of Elohim who is both free from the dominion of sin and civilly free use in identifying themselves?
APPELATION — One’s given name (appellation) is really the only name a man owns as it was a gift of his/er parents. Any other names are honorary in nature. “Surname” has been claimed as well as “House” within the mirror/”form” of government. As a part of people comprised of tribes or clans that make up a nation, one can be a part of a clan, but one does not have complete ownership of that clan name — only a share in the clan collective name. Thus, the name “Clans many”. One has a collective share in many clan names from the lineage of their past family members.
When a True Man is adopted into the family of Elohim through accepting the only begotten Son, the True Man became a part of the “House of Yahuah”. The House of Representatives cannot claim to own the “House of Yahuah”!!!
“Natural Man” to “True Man”
TRUE REASONING — Lawful Reality
The heavenly Father says: “Come now, and let us reason together, saith Yahuah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land. But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of Yahuah hath spoken” (Isaiah 1:18-20).
The heavenly Father, Yahuah, desires that all men would be born again (John 3:3) so as to enter His Kingdom, and receive eternal life, for contrary to popular belief, eternal life is NOT inherent within the natural man (1 Corinthians 15:53, 54; 1 Timothy 1:10). The Scriptures tell us the heavenly Father is the only one who inherently has immortality (1 Timothy 6:16) and that He gave this power to His Son to lay it down and receive it again (John 10:17, 18—be sure and look up definitions of words in these verses)
TRUE FREEDOM—is obtained from the only begotten Son of the Kingdom of Heaven and Earth making us free both from the dominion of sin and making us freeborn in a civil sense. This comes by understanding that Yahushua is the Word (John 1:1) who only speaks truth (John 14:6) and who only speaks His Father’s Words which are True (John 8:26-28). The Son has provided freedom. He says one must be born again to see the kingdom of heaven (John 4:3). Will you believe on He and His Father (John 5:24)?
TRUTH IS FREEDOM: “And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free (Strongs 1659 el-yoo-ther-o “set at liberty from the dominion of sin)…If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free (Strongs 1658 el-yoo’-ther-os “freeborn in a civil sense, one who is not a slave, of one who ceases to be a slave, freed, manumitted”) indeed”. John 8:32, 36
This powerful verse is telling us that only when we are free from the dominion of sin are we truly free in a civil sense having been freed from slavery;
HIS PEOPLE—Believers are “His people” Exodus. 5:1; Romans. 9:25; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Revelations 18:4 and He is looking out for His people;
PEOPLE — ‘am – from H6004; a people (as a congregated unit); specifically a tribe (as those of Israel);
TRUE MAN — A “people” of Elohim with the ability to “stand under” the Torah of Elohim (Romans 8:9-15; Galatians 2:20)
EZRACH – Strongs #H249—a native (one rising from the soil) from #2224 springing up; a spontaneous growth, that is native (tree or persons): – baytree, (home-) born (in the land), of the (one’s own) country (nation):
“…born (Ezrach) in the land” Exodus 12:19, 48; Leviticus 19:34; 23:42; 24:16; Numbers 9:14; 15:29; Joshua 8:33; Ezekiel 47:22
“…whether it be one of your own country (ezrach)” Leviticus 16:29; 24:42; Numbers 15:13
“Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgements, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation (Ezrach) nor any stranger that sojourneth among you…” Leviticus 18:26
“…whether he be born in the land (Ezrach) or a stranger…” Numbers 15:30
“One law shall be to him that is homeborn (Ezrach), and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.” Exodus 12:49
Both a True Man and a Natural Man could live on the land (an Ezrach). However, one would be born again, and one would not;
PERSON defined in Scripture – “Nephesh – From #H5314; properly a breathing creature, that is animal or (abstractly) vitality; used very widely in a literal, accommodated or figurative sense (bodily or mental): – any appetite, beast, body, breath, creature……”
BEWARE; the term “person” is completely the opposite and it would behoove one to be very definitive if using this word as a living being;
Stop and ponder who you really are:
- Are you a natural man who knows jurisdiction, but haven’t surrendered to the heavenly Father and the Son thereby living under a brass ceiling while thinking you are immortal?
- Are you a believer in the only begotten Son, but have never understood jurisdiction before so as to make a Political Will or Declaration of Status?
- Were you oblivious to how the STATE not only sees you as a natural person (i.e. human being that is a monster), but as an artificial person (strawman-thing/property) that they are claiming allodial title to?
- Are you free or are you a voluntary slave?
- Are you aligned with definitions or terms when you think of yourself?
Most importantly
Do you know WHOSE you are?
“What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Ruach ha’Qodesh which is in you, which ye have of Yahuah, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore honor Elohim in your body.” 1 Corinthian 6:19, 20
“But Elohim commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, the Messiah died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to Elohim by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled we shall be saved by his life.” Romans 5:8-10
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of Yahuah, and that the Spirit of Elohim dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of Elohim, him shall Elohim destroy; for the temple of Elohim is set apart, which temple ye are.” 1 Corinthians 3:16, 17
A lien has been placed upon Man by the only begotten Son’s death and resurrection. Man is indebted to the only begotten Son.
The Constitution Honors all Previous Debts
The Constitution honors all debts and contracts entered into before the constitution was made: “All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.” (In-by-their Article VI, Constitution)
Covenant Available to All
The Kingdom of Heaven has claim on ALL men by virtue of the death and resurrection of the only Begotten Son, but the heavenly Father wants the natural man to VOLUNTARILY enter into covenant with Him. It is offered to men in every age:
“That thou shouldest enter into convenant with Yahuah thy Elohim, and into his oath, which Yahuah thy Elohim maketh with thee this day: That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee an Elohim, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath; But with him that standeth there with us this day before Yahuah our Elohim, and also with him that is NOT here with us this day” Deuteronomy 29:12-15
This is remedy for a Natural Man. ANYONE throughout the ages that enters into covenant with the heavenly Father through His only begotten Son can become one of the “My People” of the Sovereign of the Universe!
Covenant Based on Unchanging Law
The basis for an unchanging law is based on the justice, equity, and mercy of the Sovereign in that He would make laws that were righteous giving equity to all:
“For I am Yahuah, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed” Malachi 3:6
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” Matthew 5:17, 18
LAW — n. [L. lex; from the root of lay. See lay. A law is that which is laid, set or fixed…] 1. A rule, particularly an established or permanent rule. (Webster’s 1828 Dictionary)
Ancient national laws were as unchangeable as the nation itself patterning their laws after Elohim’s; we can see this in the story of Daniel when the king of the Medes/Persia tried to save Daniel from the lions den, but could not change his own law. Upon a death decree pronounced on the Hebrews, Queen Esther petitioned the king to save her; he wrote a new law in their behalf as the first law could not be changed
