Come out of Babylon My People
Most people are partaking of the democracy without even knowing it. Men were meant to live on the land of the Republic. And, then when they come of age, to join the Kingdom of Heaven.
Babylon is referred to in the Scriptures as earthly kingdom confusion, and defined as false doctrine/spirituality (Revelation 17:1-15)
Babylon is Trading in the Body and souls of men – The book of Revelation says that in the last days Babylon is trading in the bodies of souls and men (Revelation 18:13). This is already taking place both jurisdictionally and in a literal slave trade!
Don’t Delay – for there is coming a time when the Ruach can no longer be found in Babylon — “the voice of the bridegroom (the only begotten Son) and the ride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries* were all nations deceived” (Revelation 18:23)
Sorceries— Strongs #G5331 pharmakeia; 1) the use or administering of drugs; 2) poisoning; 3) sorcery magical arts often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it;
A voice from Heaven is calling People to come out of Babylon before probation closes – “I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues” (Revelation 18:14)
“And the Ruach and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say Come, and let him that is athirst come and whosever will, let him take the water of life freely.” (Revelation 22:17)
This water is life-giving water and is different than the consuming waters of commerce and Admiralty Law.
Lack of Knowledge — Ignorance “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:…” (Hosea 4:6)
el satan will succeed in covering the earth with water jurisdiction (democracy) for two weeks literal time (1 hour prophetic time—Revelation 17:12). However, the Scriptures also tell of its destruction in one hour (Revelation 18:10).
The “Patriot Movement” has been natural man’s attempt to revive the Republican/iron jurisprudence instituted by the Roman Government
The toes of Daniel 2 shows iron/clay to the very end of time as the battle between land and water jurisdiction continues. A man’s remedy is to “Come out of her My People” (Revelation 18:4)
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Be strong and out of a good courage for the only Begotten Son has walked both on water and land and slept on water and land. He rode in the boat, yet declared authority over all when the boat was tossed in the storm!
Covenant of Peace with Men
Contracts and Consent – to make a contract valid, the consent of the parties must be free, mutual, and communicated. Consent is not real or free when obtained through duress, menace, fraud, undue influence or mistake. The crucial and incurable flaw in all contracts is the absence of full disclosure and a true meeting of the minds, and mutual good faith. Absence of these components a contract is fraudulent;
Three levels of Consent
(1) IMPLIED CONSENT is merely performance — when consent is presumed to have been achieved with only the lower mind or simply the flesh by the actions of a person and the facts and circumstances of a situation. For example, under contract law the mere writing of a letter and its delivery is the completion of the contract. By its delivery and the absence of rejection is implied consent. It is the lowest form of mind, but carries with it the presumption of approval;
(2) EXPRESSED CONSENT introduces the higher mind and our cognition. We have processed and we express our non-consent or our consent; this is achieved with the higher mind and therefore the lower mind (equivalent to mind and flesh) through verbal, non-verbal, or written forms of expression from such that it is made clearly and unmistakably such as the nodding of one’s head, raising your right hand or signing a piece of paper; all are evidence of expressed consent;
(3) FREE WILL OR WILLING CONSENT is the highest and strongest form of consent achieved with the will because it deeply involves all three forms of mind (spirit/soul, mind/body) in reasons, intent and consent; therefore demonstrating clear knowledge, sound mind and competence of what is being consented through verbal, non-verbal or written expression of form;
Elohim Offers Mankind A Covenant of Peace
Covenant/Treaty—the highest form of lawful contracts for it is based on willing consent. Being willing is to accept the beneficial interest in the Covenant Treaty the Sovereign offers to ALL! The Sovereign does not force anyone. Yahushua makes this same statement — “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him. …If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him” (John 14:21, 23)
Treaty of Peace – “That thou shouldest enter into covenant with Yahuah thy Elohim, and into his oath, which Yahuah thy Elohim maketh with thee this day: That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee an Elohim as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto they fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath: But with him that standeth here with us this day before Yahuah our Elohim, and also with him that is not here with us this day” (Deuteronomy 29:12-15)
Hope for a Man’s Natural Condition — The covenant treaty is for ALL natural men throughout ALL the ages who will willingly consent to become a part of the Kingdom of Heaven thereby becoming a True Man of Elohim;
One can willingly accept the gift of repentance and the gift of salvation the only begotten Son provides the natural man. The natural man’s sins (debts) were paid by the death of the only begotten Son on the cross;
When one accepts the Covenant Treaty of the Sovereign, the natural man can live by the Faith of Yahushua who is living in the man/woman by faith (Galatians 2:20) giving one victory over sin (1 John 5:1-5) Yahushua’s faith gives the True Man of Elohim the capacity to “stand under” the Torah of the Kingdom of Heaven;
“…the times of this ignorance YAHUAH winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent.” (Acts 17:30)
The Constitution of the Republic recognizes this Covenant Treaty – “All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitutions, as under the Confederation (Article VI, the Constitution of the United States)
The heavenly Father Provides Remedy Wherever You find Yourself
The remedy to the natural man’s false reasoning or the natural/artificial person is His only begotten Son. His Son IS THE COVENANT OF PEACE TO MANKIND (Isaiah 42:6, 49:8)
Hebrews Chapter 1 tells of Yahushua’s exalted position in heaven: He was Creator of Worlds; He has a Name above all names; He is Elohim – Spirit of spirits as His Father; He is Immortal – Substance of substance as His Father; then chapters 2 through 7 share how he reaches mankind whereever they are. He leaves this exalted position to redeem mankind:
- He is made a little lower than the angels so that He can taste death for all (2:7, 9)
- He took part of the same — He became a natural man (Heb. 2:17) and entered into blood-covenant with man (Genesis 15);
- He is made under the curse of the Torah (Galatians 3:13) to accept the punishments mankind deserves
- He is made under a woman (Galatians 4:4) going to the very seat of sin. He not only came to redeem the natural man from sin already committed and acted upon (Romans 3:25), but sin as it is itself in its nature and in its tendency where reason can be thrown out to the wind and one’s lower passions rule. This is the place where the body can become elsnaved;

There is no greater depth or secrete place than one’s mind. There is NO PLACE too deep, too dark, too depressive, or too out-of-reach for the only Begotten Son to meet us there. Whatever passions you may find yourself enslaved to, the only begotten Son MEETS YOU THERE;
“Wherefore in all things it behooved him to be made like unto his bretheren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to Elohim, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to help them that are tempted” (Hebrews 2:17, 18)
“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Yahushua the Son of Elohim let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the FEELING of our infirmities: but was in all points tempted like as we are; yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:14-16)
For the reasoning mind, He offers “Come let us reason together, though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool” (Isaiah 1:18)
By accepting the beneficial interest in the Kingdom of Heaven the Father offers us through His Son, we can become ADOPTED SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF YAHUAH!
To the son(s) of Yahuah <<< — — — From Very Nature or Tendency to sin
“Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of Yahuah: therefore the world knoweth us not because it know him not.” (1 John 3:1)
Which Jurisdiction Offers Eternal Life?
The Father & Son’s Kingdom Jurisdiction – “These words spoke Yahushua, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father the hour is come; esteem thy Son, that thy Son may also esteem thee: As thou has given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal that they might know thee the only true Elohim, and Yahushua the Messiah, whom thou hast sent.” (John 17:1-3)
Know Thyself – Where do YOU stand?
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Yahushua Mashiach is in you, except ye be reprobates?” (2 Corinthians 13:5)
After reading this information, where do we find ourselves?
- Do you identify as a person?
- Do you identify yourself as a UNITED STATES CITIZEN?
- Does your allegiance belong to the UNITED STATES?
- Do your passions rule your reasoning powers?
- Do you identify yourself as an American?
- Does your allegiance belong to the Republic?
- Do you identify yourself as a natural man with full reasoning powers having Elohim-powers innately within yourself (i.e. immortality?)
- Have you become a non-citizen National, but still clinging to the carnal mindset?
- Have you become a non-citizen National, but realize that your first allegiance is to the Kingdom of Heaven and you desire becoming a True Man of Elohim — a part of the Commonwealth of Israel where one is a part of the heavenly Father’s “My People”?
Wherever you find yourself, the heavenly Father invites ALL to come out and be separate— to change jurisdictions: “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith Yahuah, and touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith Yahuah Almighty” (Corinthians 6:17, 18)
Be Born Again— “Yahushua answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of Elohim” (John 3:3)
Gifts from the heavenly Father
Life, breath, and all things — Acts 17:25
The gift of Elohim is eternal life — Romans 6:23
The gift is the only begotten Son — John 3:16
The only Begotten IS the Covenant to Humanity — Isaiah 42:6, 49:8
Salvation is a gift of Elohim — Ephesians 2:8
Elohim gives repentance to the Jew AND gentile — Acts 5:31, 20:21
The gifts AND calling of the Father are without repentance (meaning IRREVOCABLE) — Romans 11:29

Declare Thyself
The Scriptures are Clear on Jurisdiction “No man can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve Elohim and mammon” (Matthew 6:24)
“Choose ye this day whom ye will serve:…but as for me and my house we will serve Yahuah” (Josuah 24:15)
“Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17, 3:2)
Repent and be Baptized
“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahushua the Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Ruach ha-Kodesh. For the promise is unto you, and your children, and to all that are afar off as many as Yahuah our Elohim shall call” (Acts 2:38, 39);
Believe & be baptized “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:16)
REPENTANCE:
“Re” = come again
“pent” = 5
Come again to the Torah consisting of five books at the beginning of Scripture sharing the heavenly kingdom law form
The heavenly Father is Drawing You
“And the very Elohim of peace purify you completely; and your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Master Yahushua the Mashiach. Faithful is Hewho calleth you, who also will do it” (Thessalonians 5:23, 24)
“Yahuah hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yeah, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee” (Jeremiah 31:3)
The Goodness of Elohim leads one to Repentance – “Or despises thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of Elohim leadeth thee to repentance?” (Romans 2:4)
Baptism is the First Step in a Public Declaration of One’s Change of Jurisdiction
Prerequisites to Baptism
(1) To believe that Yahusha is the only begotten Son of the heavenly Father (Acts 8:36; 1 John 4:15, 5:5)
(2) To confess the only begotten Son and believe that the Father raised Him from eternal death (Romans 10:9, 10; Philippians 2:11; 1 Peter 1:21)
The natural man (1 Corinthians 2:14), which the Scriptures say does not have the ability to keep the heavenly Father’s commands (Romans 8:7; James 1:23) can become a Son or Daugther of the Sovereign! Halleluyah!
Result — the converted natural man CAN stand under Elohim and His Torah by the faith OF HIS SON
“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against Yahuah: for it is not subject to the law of Elohim, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please Elohim. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of Yahuah dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of the Mashiach, he is none of his. And if the Mashiach be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Yahushua from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up the Mashiach from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of Yahuah, they are the sons of Yahuah. For ye have not recieved the spirit of bondange again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father” (Romans 8:6-15)
