Greetings, from members of the called out Assembly of the Firstborn which are written in heaven (Hebrews 12:23). We are not members of any organized religion, but are each a “living stone” of the spiritual house whose chief cornerstone is the only begotten Son (1 Peter 2:5, 6). Our mission is to share the principles of the Kingdom of Heaven with those we meet;
As ambassadors (apostles) for the heavenly Kingdom, we would like to compare the components and jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Heaven ith the jurisdiction of men either empirically or by “we the people” and invite you to join the Kingdom of Heaven;

Black’s Law Dictionaries: First edition printed in 1891, used by those in the judicial system, rely heavily on terms. Each new version has fewer case laws; This means lawyers have their own language that masquerades as common English
Terms of Art
WORDS: In common language usually only one meaning. If words have more than one meaning, understanding is from the context;
TERMS: A word or group of words with a different meaning than the commonly understood meaning. A term usually looks like a common word, and seems to represent the common word; thus, people presume its common meaning; This is usually the intent when a term is put in place of a word — for people to assume the common meaning.

The Government of Heaven and Earth
Elohim is One—
The heavenly Father is Sovereign of All
THE SHEMA: “Hear, O Israel: YAHUAH our Elohim YAHUAH is one: And thou shalt love YAHUAH thy ELOHIM with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might” Deuteronomy 6:45

The Father is source of all things including the Spirit while the Son is the channel through whom all blessings and salvation come;

Channel
The only begotten Son is the way to the Father and he is the door of salvation the Father has gifted mankind;
“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no name cometh unto the Father but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known by Father also” John 14:6, 7; see also John 10:1

The Son is the channel between the invisible and the visible. This is shown through the outline of authority

Components of a Kingdom
Mirror Principle #1 is “As above, so below. Nature itself reveals this to us when one can see the reflection of the land in a pond or quiet lake. The land is the substance, the reflection is the form;
KINGDOM— #H4467 Mamlakah — kingdom, dominion, reign, sovereignty. From #H4427 dominion that is, (abstractly) the estate (rule) or (concretely) the country (realm): kingdom, king’s, reign, royal
The 4 Major Components of Kingdoms
There are always four components necessary to establish a kingdom; they are 1) a Law form, 2) a Language, 3) a Calendar/festivals, and 4) Currency;
In the Sciptures beasts represented governments (Daniel 2; Revelation 13:1-7) while the beasts’ horns represent power (Revelation 13:11; Daniel 8:20-23);
There is a peaceful animal that represents the four horns of the heavenly kingdom — A Jacob Sheep;
Four Horns in the Sanctuary
In the sanctuary the altar of burnt offerings and the altar of incense had four horns on them. We make the parallel that the four horns are the unmerited favour (grace), mercy, peace, and love of the Father & Son just mentioned in the apostle’s greetings;

Mercy, unmerited Favour, Peace and Love can be paralleled to the four components of a kingdom and what they represent:
- Mercy = Law Form/Torah/Commandments
- Unmerited Favour = Currency
- Peace = Calendar/Festivals
- Love = Language
(1) Mercy — Torah
The Mercy Seat made from pure gold rested on top of the Ark of the Covenant which held the Torah of ELOHIM (Exodus 25:21). The Father dwells above the mercy seat between the cherubims (1 Samuel 4:4). See also Hebrews 9:4, 5;
The purpose of the Torah inside the Ark of the Covenant is for the Torah to reflect to us (by the gold mercy seat “mirror”) our belief or disbelief in a loving Elohim as well as our thoughts for/against the Torah of Elohim. The Ark of the Covenant is a means of reflecting one’s character; One’s faith (belief) or disbelief in the Word of Elohim is revealed to us by looking into the Father’s word which comes to us from His only begotten Son;
Faith “He staggered not at the promise of Elohim through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to Elohim” Romans 4:20
“Be it according to thy word” Luke 1:38
“Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” Hebrews 11:1
Unbelief “Because of unbelief they were broken off” Romans 11:20
Mirror Principle #2 is that the Torah of Elohim within the Ark of the Covenant is used as a reflecting tool to show man his/her heart issues of faith or unbelief — passions, rebellion, etc. whatever the works of unrighteousness are in one’s life. The FORM— the shadow, the reflection, — can never be the substance with the ability to reflect back unto the land.
PROJECTION— The Torah’s purpose is to reveal one’s belief or unbelief in the promises and mercy of the heavenly Father. Man will either project their faith or their unbelief. If faith is revealed in the heart, one can see through to the invisible as represented by the pure gold mercy seat. If unbelief is revealed in the heart, the mercy seat becomes a brass ceiling where one cannot see the invisible as represented by the shoreline. Through one’s emotions and unbelief, men become their own Elohim!
“Thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass…” Deuteronomy 28:23
This ceiling obliterates Elohim’s mercy from view;
THE GOOD NEWS — The GOOD NEWS is that the heavenly Father has given every man THE MEASURE of faith — “For I say, through the unmerited favor given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, accordingly as Elohim hath dealt to every man THE MEASURE of faith” Romans 12:3
This measure can be increased & multiplied by reading the Scriptures— “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of Elohim” Romans 10:17
“To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins, through the tender mercy of our Elohim…” Luke 1:77, 78 keep reading this chapter
Availing oneself to this measure of faith empowers one to break through the brass ceiling of unbelief;
As one’s faith in the only begotten Son who is the channel of all the heavenly Father’s promises and gifts to man grows, they can begin to comprehend that the Mashiach is THE PEARL OF GREAT PRICE (Matthew 13:46) who brings victory into our life (1 John 5:4). This is because we realize “Mashiach in us is our hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27); it is HE whose faith we live by (Galatians 2:20). We realize His value in our life because His faith in His heavenly Father never failed while he was a man upon this earth!
(2) Unmerited Favour — Currency
To use currency (unmerited favour “grace”) one must have faith in that currency, for any currency to be in circulation, one must believe that it will be accepted and that it has value because there is a substance that backs up the currency; The currency of the Kingdom of Heaven is FAITH; the substance backing faith is the shed blood and resurrection of the only begotten Son (Revelation 13:8; Romans 5:8-10);
(3a) Peace — Calendar
The Covenant of Peace was between the Father & Son (Zechariah 6:12, 13) which is a covenant of everlasting priesthood (Numbers 25:12, 13). In the Father’s Aaronic blessing to us we are given peace (Shalom) [Numbers 6:26]. The calendar of YAHUAH is a perfect calendar in that it is divisible by 7, 4 and 13 so that a year is not disturbed from its days and its feasts (Jubilees 6:32) bringing peace and consistency to the kingdom;
Quarter 1 has 91 days | Quarter 2 has 91 days | Quarter 3 has 91 days | Quarter 4 has 91 days = 364 days/year
Every festival is on the same day of the week every single year. The sabbaths are on the same monthly day all four quarters;
(3b) Peace — Festivals
The festival cycle repeating every year as explained in the sanctuary and the journey of the bride brings great peace to the heart (John 3:16, 1:29, 36; Exodus 12:3, 18, 21; 1 Corinthians 5:7);
Passover — The Mashiach died for ALL Feast of Unleavened Bread, The Mashiach will cleans us
Pentecost — The Mashiach will live in the believer, The FATHER will live in the believer
Feast of Trumpets — The Judgement is at hand; have you accepted the Mashiach
Day of Atonement — Believers are vindicated
Sukkot — Mashiach’s 2nd coming
8th day — Destruction of the wicked New heaven & earth
(4) Love — Language
“Hebrew is the tongue of creation” (Jubilees 12:26) and of a “pure language” (Zephaniah 3:9) in that the names of pagan deity are not named. When the Father’s Mercy is mirrored to us, our speech will be flavored with good will, loving kindness, and favor (Colossians 4:6) and be without guile (Rev. 14:5);
Standing Jurisdiction Capacity
STANDING — One’s place in the community in the estimation of others; his relative position and social, commerical, or moral relations; his repute, grade or rank. In-by-their, Black’s Law, 4th Ed.
JURISDICTION — the extent of the power to make lawful decisions and judgements
DE JURE — means according to rightful entitlement or claim; by right;
DE FACTO — means simply “by fact” or “by practice”; or “in fact, or in effect, whether by right or not“;
CAPACITY — means the ability or power to do, experience, or understand something
The Heavenly Father’s Kingdom
His Standing — Creator/Owner of Heaven and Earth –
His Jurisdiction — Heaven and Earth, Sea, Under the Sea
“I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded” Isaiah 45:12
“The heavens, are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou has founded them…Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face” (Psalms 89:11, 14)
“O Yahuah of hosts, Elohim of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubim, thou art the Elohim, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou has made heaven and earth” (Isaiah 37:16)
Positions of Authority in Heaven
In the heavenly Father’s kingdom there were two beings in the position of authority — one was on His right hand and one was on His left hand. This represented to mankind by the covering cherubs on each side of the Ark of the Covenant. The Mashiach being the “mighty right arm of the FATHER” (1 peter 3:2; Colossians 2:10; Ephesians 1:20-22) is represented by the right covering cherub while Lucifer, third in command in heaven (Ezekiel 28:14) (before his fall becoming el satan), is represented by the left covering cherub.
Satan Challenges the Father’s Standing & Jurisdiction
The devil challenged the FATHER’S standing as the one True Elohim — “How art thou fallen from heaven, O lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground which didst weaken the nations! For thou said in thine heart, I will exalt my throne above the stars of El: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation (Fixed calendar/festivals, #H4150), in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High” Isaiah 14:12-14
The devil was cast to planet earth and received dominion of it lawfully from Adam and Even because they VOLUNTARILY GAVE IT to him (Ephesians 2:2, Genesis 3:9-14)
To this day he attempts to ascend to the top of the North by setting up a de facto jurisdiction that is a mirror (reversed & upside down) reflection of the true in form, but not in substance!
True Jurisdiction and Free Will for All
The heavenly FATHER has TRUE jurisdiction over heaven and earth. He lets one choose to be a beneficiary of His de jure Kingdom or Satan’s de facto kingdom. The death and resurrection of the only begotten Son redeemed planet earth back into the Father’s Kingdom, but probation for man in choosing Elohim over Satan IS STILL AVAILABLE TO ALL NATURAL MEN*. Halleluyah!!! (*See definition in section of “Who am I”
“Yahuah is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9)
The story of Boaz and Ruth (in the book of Ruth) is primarily a LAW story and secondarily a long story. Boaz “gets the girl” when he redeems the land. The only begotten Son gets a kingdom (bride and may wedding guests) when He redeems planet earth!
“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For Elohim sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of Elohim. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light; because their deeds were evil” (John 3:14-19)
When the Israelites were grumbling — rebelling against Elohim in the wilderness, His umbrella of protection was removed and the people began to get bitten by serpents. Moses was commanded to make a brass serpent and put it on a pole whereby IF the bitten people would look at it, they would live; but if not, they died (Numbers 21:7-9);
The only begotten Son has taken all the negative power of one’s unbelief and rebellion to Elohim and His word (symbolized by brass) into Himself and died for it that we might live. He does not condemn us for our past, but says “Look to ME and LIVE”. LOOK through the golden, transparent mercy seat mirror by faith to see a loving ELOHIM!!!
Who am I?
Jurisdiction over Man
Though all courts are familiar with the action in Personam (against persons), it is the action in rem (against things) which, though practiced only in Maritime Law, stealthily operates in every civil and criminal court. This principle is one of the least understood in its entirety.
In rem jurisdiction over a man or woman can only exist if the man or woman is a SLAVE, i.e. property or res (an object). In which case his or her disposition at law is no different than if he or she were a horse or other goods. [Outlined in-by-their THE ZONG (GREGSON V. GILBERT), 99 E.R. 3:233 (K.B. 1783).
Lawful jurisdiction both in personam and in rem is exercised over mankind by their Creator exclusively. Governments can therefore gain only a fictional in rem jurisdiction over men by creating legal devices (personas) for those ment o assume limited control of (e.g. citizen, tax payer, driver, etc.). Since the device is a legal fiction, a falsehood made true by force of law, this persona is in-fact a legal object or res.

Persons are divided by public law into either “natural” or “artificial”
The Progression of “Natural Man” to “Natural Person”
NATURAL — ad. 17 natural man: unelightened or unregenerate (Random House Dictionary)
NATURAL MAN — “‘unregenerate’ 1. not regenerate; unrepentant. 2. unconvinced by or unconverted to a particular religion, sect or movement. 4. wicked; sinful; dissolute. 5: an unregenerate person” Ibid
NATURALISM — “a system of morality or religion having a purely natural basis; a view of the world, and of man’s relationship to it, in which only the operation of natural, as opposed to supernatural or spiritual, laws and forces is assumed” (The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, 1933)
NATURALIST — “One who follows the light of nature as contrasted with revelation” Ibid
HUMAN BEING — See ‘monster. (Ballentine’s Law Dictionary, 1948 Edition)
MONSTER — A human-being by birth, but In some part resembles a lower animal’; Ibid
HUMAN — ‘3. Belonging or relative to man as distinguished from God or superhuman beings; pertaining to the sphere or faculties of man (with implication of limitation or inferiority); mundane; secular. (Often opposed to divine.)’ (Oxford New English Dictionary of 1901
SECULAR — ‘adj. 1. of or pertaining to worldly things or to things not regarded as sacred: temporal. 2. not relating to or concerned with religion (opposed to sacred). 3. concerned with non-religious subjects. 4. not belonging to a religious order: not bound by monastic vows.’ (1992 Random House Webster’s College Dictionary)
Could it be that ‘human’ means un-Godly? Let’s look at a combinations of the two
SECULAR HUMANISM — ‘n. any set of beliefs that promotes human values without specific allusion to religious doctrines.” And “‘secularism’ n. 1. secular spirit or tendancy, esp. a system of political or social philosophy that rejects all forms of religious faith or worship. 2. the view that public education and other matters of civil policy should be conducted without the influence of religious beliefs.”
“A ‘person’ is here not a physical or individual person, but the status or condition which he is invested. The law of persons is the law of status or condition.” (In-by-their American Law and Procedure, Vol. 13, page 137, 1910
NATURAL PERSON — “For purpose of statute protecting certain property from post judgement remedies, and therefore from prejudgement attachment ‘natural person’ means ‘human being’, not artifical or juristic person” (In-by-their Shawmut Bank, N.A. vs. Valley Farms, (610A.2d652,654))
If one made a description of “human/natural man” out of all the above definitions, it would read:
“I am an animal; I am non-religious; I’m unrepentant: I’m wicked, sinful, and dissolute; I’m able to do all things and be perfect WITHOUT Yahushua Mashiach (Jesus Christ); I’m subject to man’s law, rather than Elohim’s laws”;
Scripture defines the natural man as a “carnal man” unable to stand under the laws of Elohim:
“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against Yahuah: for it is not subject to the law of Elohim, neither indeed can be.” (Romans 8:6, 7)
“For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of Elohim knoweth no man, but the Spirit of Elohim. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of Elohim: that we might know the things that are freely given to us of Elohim. Which things we also speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth; but which the Ruach ha’Qodesh teacheth; comparing spiritual things with Spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of Elohim; for are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Corintians 2:11-14)
FALSE REASONING: Naturalists believe they are inherently immortal, but the naturalist is not without a teacher for in addition to the Scriptures, nature shows the eternal power of Elohim so that they are without excuse (Romans 1:20). In one’s natural state one does not have the inherent ability to “stand under” the laws of Elohim (Romans 8:6-10);

PERSON — “(a) When used in this title, where not otherwise distinctly expressed or manifestly incompatible with the intent thereof —

INDIVIDUAL — “…very commonly, a private or natural person as distinguished from a partnership or corporation, or association;…and that it may, in proper cases include artificial persons” (In-by-their Black’s Law 4th Ed.)
“A United States Government Employee” (In-by-their Title 5, U.S.C §552(a)(2)
LEGAL NAME — means First, Middle, Last Name; without initials (Law Insider Dictionary)
