Kingdom of Heaven Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction — Heaven, earth and the fullness thereof (Psalms 89:11, 14). See also Deuteronomy 10:14; Isaiah 45:12, 37:16

Jurisdiction Standing — The heavenly Father is owner of all — air (global-living/dead souls, spirits, malakim, demons, ideas); Land (resources including people, animals, plants, minerals; national in nature); Water (creatures of the sea in nature, vessels, mariners, sailors, and merchants; international in nature
(1) Law Form – The Torah – is the revealed / divine Law, Instructions, & Teachings in ancient set-apart Writ including both the Scriptures, the rediscovered scrolls of the Qumran Caves c/k/a the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the laws of nature reflecting the true Sovereign (Romans 1:20)
- (1a.1) Nature of Torah — “Come let us reason together…” see full text under “Natural Man” to “True Man” TRUE REASONING – Lawful Reality In Hebrew, Torah is a journey and the statutes and judgements are the roadman
- (1a.2) Unchanging — Yahuah’s Torah is Unchanging as He is unchanging (Matthew 5:18; Malachi 3:6)
- (1a.3) It Gives a Knowledge of Sin — “For by the Torah is the knowledge f sin” Romans 3:20;

(3) Kingdom Currency — a nation’s currency is always to be backed up by substance. The kingdom of Heaven’s currency is faith, for every man has been given THE MEASURE of faith (Romans 12:3) which they can mulitply;
- (3a) Kingdom Substance — The substance that backs up THE MEASURE OF FAITH is the only begotten Son’s sacrificial blood whereby He died justifying ALL mandkind and His resurrection which brings life to the natural man (Romans 5:8-10);
(4) Calendar – Festivals — The divinely revealed calendar as found in books and documents in the Dead Sea Scrolls
Man’s Access to the Jurisdiction — By voluntarily entering into the Covenant with the heavenly Father through His Son; see Covenant Based on Unchanging Law. Renewed annually on Shavout c/k/a “Pentecost” (Jubilees 6:4, 17, 18, 22:15)
People — We are “His people” (Exodus 5:1; Deuteronomy 29:13; Romans 9:25; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Revelation 18:4), and Elohim is looking out for His people;
Society — One becomes a member of the commonwealth of Israel (Ephesians 2:12) not to be confused with ISRAEL POLITIC or the STATE OF ISRAEL living on the soil of Yahuah’s land (Ezrach — see Jurisdiction Part 1) “My kingdom is not of this world” John 18:36
Citizenship — “For our citizenship* is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Master Yahushua the Messiah” Phillipians 3:20

Man to Land — Liberty of Soil (see Jurisdiction Part 1)
Gift from Elohim — Free men possessing all Elohim-given liberties (sovereign liberties without being a sovereign themselves). See True Freedom, True Man
Status, State, Estate of Living Being to the Heavenly Kingdom Jurisdiction
Status — NONE; As all children of Elohim are born equal, men do not have a status, nor should they recognize other claiming to have status
Status/Capacity — Since a True man is not a legal or artificial person, he has no capacity to operate in commerce and therefore cannot be a debtor, creditor, trustee, citizen of man’s government, resident, subject, object, minor, ward, paient, administer, executor, surety, owner, tenant, employee, taxpayer, bankrupt, or the linke and cannot hold office, has no rank and does not belong to any class of persons
state — a living breathing True Man of Elohim, a beneficiary, heir to immortality
Jurisdiction — Foreign to, outside of, and without any government(s) created by the minds of men, including, but not limited to: any of the States of the United States, The United States or any of its possessions or territories or any subdivisions thereof, and is not affiliated with any religious organization. As a spirit-filled True man, he is judged by Elohim alone and not by any man or woman and cannot be summonsed to an cannot appear in any courts of law
Liberties — Living man is the beneficiary Heir of immortality (Heavenly Substance Trust) and as such has the highest rights known to man to the use and enjoyent of the Trust res which includes, but is not limited to: Elohim’s land and every part thereof without limit, the soil, rocks, minerals, waters, air, all the fish, fowl, and animals, the whole physical Body inhabited by the living man and all its parts, all products of conception from the Nativity, all creations from the living man and for the benefits of the living man has un-a-lien-able unenumerated liberties and rights given by Elohim including travel (Matthew 28:19, 20) because Elohim is unalienable (non commercial) which are protected and guarunteed by all men and women in governments and religious organizations world wide.
Claims — True Man lays claim to Ambassador embassy, chancery, Manor Roll Records, and sojourning housekeeping. He lays majority claims to all babies born of his loins as their nativity by no means anchors them by presumption to the United States or the State; they are squarely under the jurisdiction of the heavenly kingdom until they make their own claims of majority
Obligations — True Man is obligated to obey Elohim’s laws, to fulfill Elohim’s will, to love all, and is fully liable for any harm inflicted on any spirit-filled Man or his/her property.
Land Jurisdiction
The Nation—America, A Constitutional Republic
What is Land? – “national”
In this part of the world it is c/k/a “America”. It is a part of the earth given to the sons of Japheth (Jubilees 9:7-13)
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon” Revelation 13:11
America was ordained to be a pattern after the true government of Elohim with right rulings and peace and safety. This is in comparison to the “sea” (water) which represented peoples, nations, under the dominion of the great whore (Revelations 17:15). This compiler believes the horn of gentleness is the Nation while the other horn of “speaking like a dragon” is the Nation-State
(1) Law form — Law of the Land
LAW OF THE LAND – The law of the land and the law of Elohim are one; and both favour and protect the common good of the land Maxim of law
- (1a) COMMON LAW – That which derives its force and authority from the universal consent and immemorial practice of the people. It has never received the sanction of the legislature, by an express act, which is the criterion by which it is distinguished from the statute law (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary 1856)
- (1b) True law can be reduced to two great principles – Love Elohim, and your neighbor as yourself (Deuteronomy 6:5; Leviticus 19:18; Matthew 22:37; Mark 12:31). If properly observed, these laws are complete and sufficient for the conduct of all business, all relationships, and all needs
(2) Language — English. Defined words that are the common understanding of man;
(3) Currency — Currency of the Republic is gold and silver as it was considered “portable land”;
- (3a) Substance – the nation’s land itself;
- (3b) Land Ownership – one could buy land and have allodial title defined by metes and bounds
(4) Calendars/Festivals — The commercial Gregorian calendar with national and liturgical festivals
Man to Land – Right of Soil
What “United States” is Associated with Land? – Fifty geographically defined states and their living inhabitants comprise The Continental United States. Each state is a sovereign nation with the jurisdiction of the air, land, and sea associated with it. For example one might be a birthright citizen of the Texas State which is a Constitutional Republic
Land Citizenship – Only allows one citizenship — State Citizenship
Who are the Nation’s “Citizens”? – Those born within the borders of any one of these sovereign nations are American State Citizens by birth right having all their Natural Rights as well as the guarantees of the Constitution available to them
Where then is a Believer’s Citizenship? – Their citizenship is in heaven and their status would be: “citizen of heaven”; “non-citizen National” of Ezrach country — America (Continental United States) “transient foreigner”
“Ambassador and minister” of a foreign state called Heaven
Treaties and/or Articles of Confederation
Split Jurisdictions – At the end of the American Revolution, the sea portion of the Continental United State’s jurisdiction of air, land, and water was retained by Britain. They now controlled the “High Seas and Navigable Inland Water-ways”. Losing “international jurisdiction” was arguably a detriment to the “states”, especially because it created Two Masters from the very beginning
Sea Jurisdiction
Sea is defined – as “International”
Sea Law Form – the “Law of the “Sea” c/k/a Admiralty Law
Sea Citizenship – allow for Dual Citizenship “A person may be a citizen of the United States (U.S. Citizen) and of a State, and as such have different rights.” (In-by-their U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 23 L.Ed. 588, (1875))
Sea Jurisdiction – is known as “federal jurisdiction”
In relationship to geographical America defined as the Continental United States, the Federal Jurisdiction is a “water overlay” on top of the geographical area mirroring the geographical states with “State of States”. For Example, Texas State is land; State of Texas is federal water overlay
Nation-State (Empire) – Federal
Headquarters – Washington DC is the headquarters of both the Federal and Corporate United States. Its Jurisdiction is 10 square miles of the city-state along with its territories. Here are pictures of its boundary stones:

Its Territories — are any extent of region under the sovereign jurisdiction of the federal government including all waters around islands or continental tracts with a 3-12 mile perimeter and all U.S. navy vessels
Territorial Jurisdiction – There can also be ‘sovereign jurisdictions’ within a State/STATE
(1) Law form – The Law of the Sea or Admiralty Law (International Commerce)
- (1a) “We the People” of a Constitution. All “constitutions” are contracts involving debt — a “constitutor” is a “debtor”. In America’s case—the debt the American states(lower case) incurred as a result of creating the federal government and agreeing to pay for services the federal government would provide. If one reads the constitution carefully understanding terms, “We the People” are the people of the Federal United States NOT American people;
- (1b) Nature of Law — Statutes that are ever changing. (It is unlawful for man to make “legislation” (Deuteronomy 4:2); legal and licensing; persons given “civil rights”
(2) Language — English — Terms, i.e. legalese
(3) Currency — federal reserve notes (a debt)
- (3a) Substance – there isn’t any substance to back up a federal reserve not (a debt); thus, one cannot “Pay” for anything. When one exchanges “notes of credit” for goods and services, one is transacting a “novation” (transfer of debt from one person to another). Gold and silver were taken away from the people and made into a “commodity” thereby allowing land to be taken away from the people splitting allodial title for fee simple title into legal title and equitable title;
- (3b) Land — None. One “novates” to receive “real estate” where one is a “tenant” who leases
(4) Calendar/Festivals — Gregorian Calendar; liturgical year
Main to Land – No natural rights to land
What United States? – The Federal United States is comprised of physical “states” more often thought of as territories and 50 “Federal states” overlaying the 50 Continental geographical states known as “State of State” states. For example “State of Texas”. This United States is a Democracy operated in the international Jurisdiction of the sea
Who are the “Citizens”? – The “United State Citizen” is one who was either born on Guam, Puerto Rico, and other Insular States, or federal civilian and military employees, African Americans, political asylum seekers, and welfare recipients
Access into the Jurisdiction —
- presumed to be in this jurisdiciton unless an Age of Majority with a Political Will is declared;
- Accepting benefits and privelages;
- Standing Under their legal identities;
- claiming to be a U.S. Citizen;
Rights — “Civil Rights” granted by Congress, not the natural and unalienable rights guarunteed to American State Citizens or natural unalienable liberties given to an Ezrach
Society – a legal society made up of “persons”
Person Status – 14th Amendment Citizen, federal employee, legal person
The upcoming “Additional Information” briefly introduces how the Federal United States attempts to get American State Citizens or Ezrach’s to become United States Citizens
Additional Information
When the land jurisdiction of the union states met with representatives of the sea jurisdiction, there was a third party involved in the negotiations. A foreign, for profit investment company called the “UNITED STATES” under the leadership of its President, George Washington! It was going to start supplying the nineteen enumerated services to the American States under an equity contract known as “The Constitution for the United States of America”
The federal jurisdiction’s part of the contract to provide the goods and services to the union States, they hired out to the private investment company, the “United States” to accomplish!
Fast forward to the time of Abraham Lincoln:
1860—Lincoln was elected President
1861—27 March—A year into his presidency eleven Congressional Delegates from the Southern states walked out leaving the congress adjourned without a verified date to reconvene
To keep the Federal United States running, Lincoln formed a Delaware CORPORATION d/b/a “The United States of America, Inc.” a for-profit corporation and positioned the remaining members of Congress as the Board of Directors for the corporation. Ever since that time, Congress has functioned as officers of a private mostly foreign-owned corporation
This move of overlapping the land jurisdiction by water is called “inland Piracy”, and the delegates of the geographically defined states didn’t step up and protect their citizenry and natural resources against this encroachment
Then the task that lay before this de facto government was how to get the people from the Continental United States into the Federal Jurisdiction as the Continental United States would no longer be sending elected Delegates to the federal congress. In addition the Continental United States only allows for singular citizenship. So they decided to model the election process after the protocols used within a corporation — the President and the board members (Congressmen) would be VOTED in rather than elected delegates from the Continental United States going to Washington
Secondly, in 1862 the “corporate” congress refined the meaning of the word “person”. It no longer meant “people; it now meant “corporation” (37th Congress, Second Session, Chapter 49, Section 68). Therefore, they offered the people “person” benefits and privileges that the “Federal United States” would provide (Civil Rights).
Now the task was to get people to volunteer to enter the Sea jurisdiction. If you have ever registered to vote in a federal election, you may have noticed that the very first question asked on the registration form is, “Are you a United States Citizen?”. If the applicant answers “yes”, he/she can continue with the registration process. Answering “yes” has just moved a “people” from the Continental United States to the Federal United States as a natural person/ARTIFICAL PERSON. If they say no, they cannot proceed nor vote! Unsuspectingly Americans of the land think that “American” and “United States Citizen” are synonymous terms and nothing could be further from the truth. This is a unilateral contract with the lowest form of consent in that it is only “implied” rather than “expressed” by full knowledge of both parties
Today, one is AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMED to be a Federal United States Citizen first, and secondly a member of one of THEIR fifty “State of State” as “persons”. As we learned earlier in this compiled information, “persons” are things/chattel or a “corporation of one”. The Federal Citizen is a “Natural Person”
Pulling people from the Land/air jurisdiction into the sea jurisdiction without their full understanding isknown as Press-ganging
PERSONAGE — the crime of knowingly misrepresenting a living man or woman as a legal fiction — some form of corporation, such as a trust, public utility or foundation
A trust and a public utility were named after a man’s given appellation. “John Quincy Adams” is the foreign situs trust; “JOHN QUINCY ADAMS” is the public utility
Nation-State (Empire) Part 2
Corporate United States
Corporate United States — This leviathan (sea dragon, Isaiah 27:1) is composed entirely of “legal fiction entities” such as C & S Corps, Non-Profits, NGO’s, Foundations, Trusts, LLC’s, Cooperatives, Public Utilities, STATES (like STATE OF TEXAS), and the almost 400 million “corporations of one” mirrored after every living man, female, and offspring in America
Corporate Citizen — Just as the Federal United States “statutory person” is a mirror of Ezrach, so too is the Corporate United States Citizen. It is a legal fiction classified as an “artificial person”
(1) Law form — plenary law of the Washington DC Municipality an international city-state “plenary power or plenary authority is a completed and absolute power to take action on a particular issue with no limitations. It is derived from the Latin term plenus (“full”)” (Wikipedia.org)
(1a) Nature of the Law form — Oligarchy “Oligarchy – a small group of people having control of a country, organization, or institution” (Oxford Languages)
